Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably registered Valuers for the valuation of Council’s property assets comprising:
Operational Land
Buildings
The purpose is to establish the ‘fair value’ of these non-current assets in accordance with Australian Accounting Standard AASB 116 and to ensure adequate insurance coverage.
Expressions of Interest will be considered by the Council in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 and the NSW Local Government (General) Regulations, 2005.
